Rates

• The cottage is available for monthly rental or long term rental in the off season. Contact me if you are interested.
• The cottage is normally rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday.  In the off season it may be rented for a shorter stay but never less than three nights.  In season if the cottage is not rented 7 days prior to requested check in, shorter term rentals will be considered.  Please contact me directly with your request.  Check Availability here.
• Holiday weeks and weekends have higher rates.
• Rental rates do not include Administration Fee, SC taxes, or the cleaning/prep fees.  Cleaning/ Prep fee: $185.00 and SC taxes: 13%.
